Omair Ali

Well, I was born and raised in Hyderabad in the mysterious subcontinent of India. I studied Software System Engineering (M.Sc.) in Germany and Laurea Magistrale (M.Sc.) in Italy. I lived and worked in Germany for the past decade, moved to the Netherlands in 2020.

I started my professional career as a developer for Smart TV solutions in Hamburg. Later down the line, I joined Pilot Screentime as Senior Software Engineer. I am one of those lucky people who do what they love for a living. And when you work with a great boss and nice bunch of people, it's the icing on the cake.

I develop Content Management Systems, RESTful APIs, Microservices, Web and Mobile applications, Interactive applications for touch displays, and so on.

When I am not coding, I am playing cricket, or watching cricket, or thinking about cricket ;)
